Navada has two restaurants one is our Beach Bar & Grill this is lakeside where owners can have Coffee & breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, we have a wood burning pizza oven that makes delicious pizzas or drop in for a cool glass of wine when ever you have the urge.
We have a Gym Tennis courts & other sport & wellness facilities. If you need to catch up with work we also have a co-working area where & enjoy a fresh coffee, this area is in the main clubhouse building.
The Main Building has the management team Bar Restaurant, Gym & Co-working space. This is where owners can meet up for drinks & have the concierge help you with any extra services you require all lodges & services are managed from here & 24 hour security on site.

The ski resort of Sierra Nevada in Granada is the southernmost in Europe. It is located in southern Spain, just 31 kilometres away from Granada. This winter resort has 131 ski slopes with 110 km total length. There are 21 ski lifts with a capacity for almost 45,207 skiers per hour.
Swimming, Paddle Boarding, Fishing & Kayaking & non motorized water sports in the fresh water lake . Our lodges provide Impressive lake front views, & many kilometres of walks & hiking in the beautiful tranquil countryside.
Phase one will be 50 lodges all plots are numbered & individually landscaped including a private parking place. All plots have super lake & country side views surrounded by pine trees. The plot fees are €200 per month this includes the use of all facilities. Utilities are metered separately per lodge directly with the providers.
Lodges belong to you, We provide you with a ten year auto renewable lease for your plot. This automatically renews every 10 years. You are entitled to sell or transfer your lodge at any time & the new owner can be assigned the lease or you have the option relocate the lodge to another site if you choose to do so.
Payment terms are a €5k deposit to secure the plot, €4k is refundable if for some reason you are unable to proceed. • 25% of the lodge price on order (date to be given) • 25% top-up when mid-way through the build windows fitted & sealed • 40% on completion • 10% on retention to cover on-site snagging • final handover of documents certification & warranty ( The first year ground rent is FREE)
YES you own the lodge 100%….. Our Lodges are classed as mobile homes or movable objects, Lodges are transported to our site by truck in 3 parts & can be relocated anywhere you wish, If at any time you decide to move your lodge, Each lodge comes with full Spanish certification, an energy certificate & a 10-year warranty.
The first year is FREE year 2 will be approximately €200 per month depending on the plot size location & views.
The leases are for 10 years auto-renewable and have no cost to renew. This is for your benefit as well as ours… if for any reason you want to relocate your lodge after 10 years then owners are free to do so with no penalty.
Yes absolutely…. if at any time you decide to sell you pay only a small admin & legal fee with no penalties.
The maximum stay permitted is 6 months per year, Lodges are not classed as permanent homes, BUT we do have an exchange or swap program with our sister site Desert Orchid close to Mojacar in Almeria, Owners from both locations can mutually agree to use each other lodges, Soon we will add MORE exciting locations the group, ” Such as Portugal “
Renting for 4 months per year will generate €18.000
The minimum rental price is €150.00 per night …Nevada is truly a unique location, Offering both summer & winter rental seasons for tourists.
December to March is the Ski season in the Sierra Nevada mountains.
Summertime in Spain you can expect to be fully booked, We have a full on-site rental management team to manage all your rental requirements

Management Costs for renters we charge 20% of the rental fee if we make the booking. Cleaning is €15 euros per hour. Key holding is free of charge and included in the monthly fee
